World ATM Congress in Madrid

The Global Air Traffic Controllers Alliance will be attending the World ATM Congress in Madrid this year. Please come and meet us at our stand (#1306) In addition, we will be holding two panels in the NOKIA ATM Theatre on Tuesday 12th March. The details of the panels are outlined below;

The Alliance: A Global View of Collaboration, 1600 – 1700

This panel will allow labour leaders, from across the world, to explain how they work with Air Navigation Service Providers and Regulators to best serve the broader Aviation Community.  The panellists will share their experiences on how a truly collaborative relationship is in the best interests of all users of the air traffic systems.

Panel moderated by Jim Ullmann, Director Safety & Technology, National Air Traffic Controllers Association (NATCA).

Industry Perspective: The End Users Role in a Collaborative Environment, 1700 – 1800

Explore the benefits that can be gained, by those developing new technologies in World ATM, by undertaking a collaborative approach with the ultimate end user (the Air Traffic Controller.)  The panel will discuss the importance of collaboration with the end user, and how both Industry and ATM can benefit from a collaborative approach to ensure that any technological innovations benefit both industry and the profession.
