Who We Are
A unified voice for the people who safeguard the skies
The Global Air Traffic Controllers Alliance is an international organization representing air traffic control associations from seven nations. Together, our member organizations represent 34,869 aviation safety experts, including 26,854 air traffic controllers.
Between them, our members manage 55% of the world's airspace and control 75% of the world's air traffic — some 89,000 flights and more than 6 million passengers safely on their way every single day.
The Alliance gives a unified international voice to the professionals who stand as the last line of defence in aviation safety: influencing technology, shaping policy, and progressing collaborative industry relations on behalf of the workforce.
